12 Gauge Aluminum
In addition to its use as a handy material for crafting jewelry, aluminum wire can be shaped and formed to suit myriad other applications – this 12-gauge thickness is very popular with our customers for personalizing wedding party garment hangers. Available in multiple bright colors and metallic hues, 12g aluminum wire doesn't rust or tarnish, but colored coatings can be brushed and distressed for a worn beauty.
The anodized aluminum wire coatings are permanent. It is still possible to scratch the coating however. When working with the wire, it is recommended to use nylon jaw pliers or coated pliers.
