Return policy
Enchanting Beads has a 10 day
money back guarantee. If for some reason you don't like your
beads/items, pack them very securely(all lampwork must
be wrapped securely and then packed in a shipping box so they
can't move around). Improperly packaged items will not be
accepted for return. Return them in the condition they were
received with a copy of your receipt and you will receive a full
refund minus shipping costs once they are received in sell-able
condition.
No returns or
exchanges on special orders/requests, books, dvds or videos please.
How do I place an order?
There is a
secure checkout shopping cart in place to make ordering easier.
For orders with
Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or check for payment, please use the shopping cart so
you can enter your information on the secure server. You may also
fax orders that will be paid via credit card to 251.961.2193.
Please use the printer friendly
order form or include your name, credit
card billing address, shipping address, type of credit card,
credit card number, and expiration date with your order. Your
order cannot be filled without this information.
How may I pay?
-Mastercard
or Visa through the secure shopping cart or fax
-PayPal Credit card payments, instant Paypal transfers and e-checks accepted via
Paypal.
Orders
paid with Paypal must be sent to a confirmed Paypal
account address per Paypal's Seller Protection Policy.
-Check
payable to Michelle Hershman. Orders paid via check may
be held until the check clears the bank.
-Money
Order payable to Michelle Hershman.
Checks and Money Orders must be drawn on USA banks. International checks or money orders are not accepted.
Are all the
lampwork beads on the Enchanting Beads website made and
ready to ship today?
No. The
lampwork beads listed in the In Stock area are ready to
ship. Those listed in other areas are made after an order
is received.
Does Enchanting Beads do backorders for out of stock items?
No. At this time, Enchanting Beads does not track backorders. Please reorder any out of stock items not included in your shipment when the items are back in stock.
When will my order ship?
I am happy to
give an estimated time of completion for your lampwork order,
upon request. Each lampwork bead is hand-made after the order is
placed, if it was not listed in the In-Stock lampwork areas, and
payment received. All other items
generally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise indicated.
How will my order be
shipped?
Orders are
shipped via USPS within the USA. Priority mail and first class
mail is available to US shipping addresses. Priority mail generally arrives in 2-3 days
after shipment. First class mail generally arrives in 3-10 business days
depending on your location. USPS does
not guarantee the shipping time for first class and
priority mail so the times are just an average from my
experience.
Orders shipped to
non-USA countries are shipped USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International or Express International. Express mail is often delivered in 5-7 days but delays do occur. Global Priority is not available to all countries. Average delivery time for First Class International mail is 1-3 weeks. Priority Mail International averages 5-14 days. Note for international mail, packages are not considered lost for 45 days. Customs often delays package and that is beyond Enchanting Bead's control. All customs paper work will be filled out accurately as merchandise, with the value declared according to your final invoice. Any duty (taxes)/fees levied by your country are your responsibility. If you do not know what these fees may be, please, contact your customs office before ordering. USPS does not guarantee the shipping time so the times
are just an average from my experience.
How much is shipping
within the USA?
The shopping cart will calculate the rates for your order based on the weight of your items plus allowing for the weight of the packaging needed to safely ship your order. Rates start at $1.75. First class and priority mail via USPS are available. First class mail shows as a shipping option until your order weighs more than 13oz as there is an USPS first class mail weight limit.
How much is shipping to
other countries (non-USA)?
Rates are calculated by the shopping cart order are based on weight of your package. First Class International and Priority Mail Interntaional mail is available. For an order with tiny but very heavy non-fragile items sometimes the rate quoted will be too high,
as Enchanting Beads uses the USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelopes to save you shipping expense whenever it provides safe packing for your items. It will be manually corrected before your order ships, if this is the case with your order.
Average delivery time for First Class International mail is 1-3 weeks.
